Now that I have arrived back in my office and am about to return to the activities of my daily business life, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and all of the staff of AGI Tours for the wonderful service that your company (especially our guide Victor and our drivers, Felipe and Jesus) provided for me and my son during our recent stay in Cancun. I want to mention especially my appreciation of the professionalism exhibited by your company during our stay. Every promise made in our communications over the Internet was fulfilled based upon trust and mutual respect. We were never required to put down a deposit on any activity and yet we were able to depend upon your Company to be there promptly when we arrived and when were ready to depart and when we visited the sites we had arranged. Taking our private tours with your professional staff enabled me and my son, Buck, to have a wonderful time with your staff, who were always most pleasant and informative. We got a lot more out of each day in Yucatan than we would have otherwise. During our drives to the various sites (Tulum, Coba and Chichen Itza) we had the opportunity to practice and improve (Ojala!) our Spanish and to learn so much more about your beautiful country and its long and proud history. Victor even gave us a short lesson in Mexican history, from the time of Pres. Porfirio Diaz to the present. That was in addition to his mystical presentation of the Mundo Maya. In any event, I just wanted you to know that we very much appreciated all of the courtesies which were extended to us during our stay and I promise that I will recommend your agency to any of my friends who may be visiting Yucatan / Cancun in the near future and we will be sure to look you up upon the occasion of any return.
