We have just returned from our trip to the Mayan Riviera, where AGI tours met us at the Cancun airport, and returned us from our resort to the airport. The service was terrific. Our polite,pleasant and efficient driver, Carlos helped our trip begin and end smoothly. We are grateful to AGI for their service. We have used this service twice now, with equally efficient results.

Good morning,
Our party used your service for travel to the Grand Palladium White Sands Resort in April 2009. We had the service of Roberto for the first trip, he was a welcome sight with our name on his card when we exited the airport. He had the Air Transat Representative with him at the AGI vehicle, with our resort packages, saving us the trouble of finding the Transat bus before departing. The trip to the resort was speedy and efficient, with all questions answered by Roberto. Our return trip was with Juan, who was on time and a wealth of information for my sister-in-law as she tried to plan her son’s wedding on Riviera Maya next spring.
A.G.I. was definitely a ‘value added’ service that complimented our trip, we will recommend to all our friends, and we will use your company again.

We just retruned from our 10th visit to the Palladium (April 2009). As always we used your excellent service to and from the airport. Carlos was our driver and we found him to be courteous, professional and very persoanble. He had the girls engaged in practising their Spanish all the way to the hotel. IMHO AGI is the only way to go to and from the airport.
While we were at the hotel we met some people who had organized a private day tour with AGI Tours. they said it was the highlight of their vacation. In addition, the driver organized a meal at the home of a local family which they said was outstanding. We'll be sure and contact you for a similar private tour next time.

We went to the Catalonia Royal Tulum. Javier was easy to work with on setting up our transfer. Done very professionally over thru email. Had a sign with our name on it as we exited the airport. This person called for our driver and stayed with us till he arrived about 3 minutes later. nice comfortable car drove us down and the driver in excellent time and said he would see us a week later at 11:30. Saturday morning came and at 11:25 arrived. Elmer stopped quickly for us so my wife could pick up a piece of pottery. Elmer accompanied us into the place to be sre we were taken care of. Both drivers we clean, pleasant and we felt very safe because of thier quality driving skills. Neither speeded and the both put flashers on as we slowed for the speed bumps. We booked a private tour last year to Tulum where we first met Elmer. He was excellent! This year we asked for him again on our trip to Chichen Itza on April 20. Elmer is a real gem! He made the whole trip wonderful. He not only speaks great English, but takes the time to try to teach us the Spanish words. He stopped along the way to show us the "gum" trees and in Valladolid to show us the San Bernadino Monastery on the way to Chichen Itza - fabulous! On our way back we stopped at a cenote to swim "Ik-Kil" if I remember the name correctly. Elmer also picked us up at the Grand Mayan for our return trip to the airport. Our group of six cannot say enough good things about Elmer and your AGI company. Please keep up the good work. We loved your new Renault Trafic vehicles. We are hoping to return again next year and we are looking forward to Elmer planning another wonderful day for us. He truly has earned the name "Mr. Tour". Truly exceptional service from Elmer as he waited for us while we arrived out of Customs and to a special treat of a cold drink and a souvenir bottle for the 4th Annual Palladium Addict Get Together. It made us feel so at home seeing a familiar face with that gracious Mayan smile.
It was also very nice to meet your wife Martha at the get together. A very special lady. She even showed us pics of your dogs after we showed her ours and our pup, Kaaxan, that your crew helped us name.
A great trip back to the airport with a quick stop at the mall in PDC for some munchies. It is always so sad to leave, and we were taken very good care of as it was also at the time of the media hype on the health concern.

AGI was a great experience for us. Our driver and guide Elmer was fantastic. He was curteous, friendly and very personable. I can't imagine our visits to Coba and Xcaret without him. His willingness to share the mayan culture and to drive us around while we waited for the Jardin Botanico to open was very appreciated. Thank you once again for your wonderful airport transfer service back to Cancun yesterday from the Palladium resort.
Also a huge thank you for our private tour with Gustavo and our guide Daniel, Ek Balam was a fantastic place to visit and our guides knowledge was so helpful and gave us a great insight into the mayan culture. We had a memorable day there and enjoyed the meal after with both Daniel and Gustavo (very good food!)at Valladoloid and the smaller less touristy cenote suggested to us by Daniel was a far better and safer option for us as a family. They were very good company and very friendly helping to make our vacation a truly memorable one.
Would recommend to anyone to take a trip with a guide through yourselves, we had 2 teens with us and they had a superb day out as well.

We recently returned from the Riviera Maya where we used AGI for our transportation to and from the airport. We also booked a private tour through AGI to Ek Balam. I cannot say enough about the quality of both services. Our transportation from the airport was safe, pleasant, and efficient. Our tour to Ek Balam with Daniel, our guide, and Elmer, our driver, was the highlight of our trip. Both were excellent with our 8 year old daughter. In addition, I accidentally left my makeup bag containing my medication on the van, and AGI brought it back to my hotel for me that night. I was so impressed. (Thanks, Rupert and Javier!) Also, Javier, thanks for the generous gifts. We checked our bags on the way home just to keep it intact, and we will remember you when we serve it to guests. Our sad, sad trip back to the airport was also quick and safe, and our driver was again superb. We will always use AGI for our transportation and for tours when we are in Mexico.

My wife and I would like to express our gratitude and thanks for such a wonderful experience dealing with your staff. From our initial meet at the airport we knew we were in for a treat; our conversations with Carlos(AGI Staff) gave us some great insight on the history of yucatan and customs that made us more at ease.
The icing on the cake was our tour to the ruins. We had a wonderful time with both Daniel and Carlos (AGI staff) as we continue to discuss yucatan's history and local customs. We also had a chance to eat at a local mexican place that serves hand made tortillas (which was the most unforgettable experience - love those hand made tortillas); Both staff were courteous enough to cater my un-ending questions about varied mexican cultures as well.
Dealing with your staff was definitely a wonderful experience and highly recommended for future travelers in the yucatan area.

We just completed our 4th trip in the last 3 years to Riviera Maya and used AGI for each trip. We wouldn't do it any other way. The service has been top notch, glitch free every time. There is no better comfort than exiting the "rat race" in the Cancun airport only to see your name displayed prominently on the AGI Tours sign - what a welcome relief. I love feeling of having 2 more hours at the resort after everyone else leaves on the bus…and then passing the bus on the highway and making it through check in before all of them! LOL Isn’t it terrible that I love that?

We just used your wonderful service again December 4 to 11 for our transfers to and from the resort. It's always a pleasure to see your staff waiting for us at the airport and though we didn't want to leave, it was sure great to see our friend, Elmer waiting for us at the lobby to go back to the airport. We just returned from a great trip to Cancun made that much better because of you and your staff. I don't know of anyway your services could have been more perfect. You had assured me that if the plane was delayed to not worry AGI would take care of it and even though we were 2 and a half hours late, Rudi was there to meet us and take us directly to our hotel with water provided.
You were the only company I could find that was willing to discuss and offer us the private tour we requested. Other companies had ads saying private tours but were not accommodating. As you know we wanted to see Chichen Itza and Tulum but only spend one day doing it. You said it was doable and suggested leaving the hotel at 530AM. That was early but was fine with us. When we got downstairs Rudi was there with the tour guide Miguel. Miguel suggested breakfast at the Mayaland hotel in Chichen Itza which just outside the ruins and was extremely knowledgeable. The trip was great and exceeded our expectations. At noon, when we were leaving Chichen Itza, the "big" tour buses were arriving. Rudi and Miguel each had excellent english skills. We did not feel hurried in any way and they were both helpful in getting around.
Finally the day to depart was here and we were scheduled for pickup at 1:15 to return to the airport. At about 1:10 Gustavo (I believe) showed up, helped us onto the large van and took us directly to the airport. Once again a very pleasant driver that made our final transport enjoyable.
I would not hesitate to use AGI tours again and would gladly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Cancun. It would be interesting to see how many people would be interested in a 1 day trip to both sites as your provided for us.

I have used AGI numerous times and their service only gets better. They are very timely, drivers are great, and the vans immaculate.
We just used AGI for the first time last week. They were great! Felipe took us down to the Palladium and Miguel took us back. Both were great to talk to and helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely use AGI when we return to the Palladium!
Our driver Ruperto was waiting with a sign that read our name on it. As soon as we met him, he took our luggage loaded it up and handed us a much needed cold water.
The rest of our flight was herded onto large buses that sat for over an hour until full. It was so nice to go directly from the airport to the hotel without stopping at a dozen resorts.
This is the utmost professional organization with the highest quality service. Emails are answered promptly and phone calls are answered by english speaking professionals. No waiting on hold and no well, let me check. Too bad this service isn't everywhere.
This company provides an efficient, on time, professional driver in a well maintained airconditioned vehicle for you and your party only. We got to our resort, Secrets on Maroma Beach less than an hour after landing! The driver immediately handed each of us a bottle of ice cold water as we settled in. I highly recommend this comapny and have used them for 4 years now. Very worth the $$ because they are so honest and dependable and transport you and your group ALONE ....non-stop! It is not worth losing 15 minutes of your vacation waiting to begin while someone else arrives at their destination spot because their resort is on the way to yours. Thank-you AGI!!

Excelent company and service...they just took our group of 8 to the Bahia Principe and that is the only way to go when you are going that far south. It is great to go straight there from the airport and not be stopping at all the resorts along the way! Very comfortable, clean transportation with excellent drivers.

Once again this year we used AGI. It never crossed our minds to use any service for our transfer. This trip included our daughters wedding with 6 different pickups (due to staggered arrivals/days)for people who had never been to the area/airport etc. We knew they would be thrilled with the AGI service and all of them sure were! Congratulations for your selective hiring; your staff- as always..were wonderful, always on time, vans were clean and newer models, drivers were smart, safe drivers. It was obvious they realize and respect their responsibility as drivers.
Not only did our guests for the wedding enjoy AGI's efficiency but we have referred at least a half a dozen other couples who ranted about the AGI experience. One of the couples have actually used AGI for the second time and wouldn't consider any other means of hotel transfer.

Although we never met, I feel like I have a friend in Mexico who is looking out for me! When my friends and I arrived in Cancun two hours late I was so relivied to see my name on a card and our lovely Mike waiting for us with a welcoming smile. A bottle of cold water and a quick stop at PEMEX for even colder cervezas and we were on our way to Puerto Adventuras. A smooth, comfortable ride for weary travellers with Mike sharing some local history and customs. Four days later Mike was back with Xavier to take us to Coba..OH what a day, climbing ancient ruins and swimming in private cenotes...the best day of my holiday. Xavier you will be in my heart always, you are a man of such wisdom and grace...Thank you for sharing your beautiful history and culture with us. Although we were sad to leave, Mike was back again to bring us to the airport and wish us safe travel...Gracias Miguel.

Julio went out of the way and tracked down Cesar the snorkeling guide in Puerto Morelos and that snorkeling tour was extraordinary.

We have used your service for years and have recommended it to many people. I have thought of trying to take a cab or public transportation to Puerto Juarez but always end up using AGI tours.
